DMCA Copyright Policy

Overview

Doxufy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement submitted to our designated copyright agent.

How to submit a DMCA notice

If you believe that content accessible through Doxufy infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all of the following:

• 1A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
• 2Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list);
• 3Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on the Service;
• 4Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• 5A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• 6A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. A valid counter-notification must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content after providing notice to the original complainant.

Repeat infringers

It is our policy to terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
